Patcher Down: Files for Manual Patching

Oops... Something Broke!

 

The patcher is currently not working. While we're working on a solution, here's something you can try in the meantime...

 

If you were able to successfully patch after the maintenance on Monday, November 2nd, then you do not need to do anything else. This is only for players who are not able to login or are frequently crashing.

 

If you last patched between October 5th and November 1st for the Halloween event, Prontera will be out of sync for you without a current patch. If your character was left in Prontera and now you are crashing upon logging in and you are also saved in Prontera (so Reset Position on your character info page on https://cp.jellyro.com/ won't help you) this file may be what you need.

1. Download jdata.grf
2. Replace the outdated jdata.grf file in your JellyRO folder (default location C:\Games\JellyRO )
3. Run jRO.exe directly without the patcher to start the game, and see if you can login without crashing.

 

If you last patched sometime before October 5th and you were not around for the Halloween event, Prontera will not be an issue for you, but you may have occasional crashes when encountering the new C. Invisible Hat. You won't need the big .grf file above because Prontera will still be normal for you, but you will need an updated item file.

1. Download jro_item.lub
2. Replace the outdated jro_item.lub file in the System folder inside your JellyRO folder (default location C:\Games\JellyRO\System )
3. Run jRO.exe directly without the patcher to start the game, and you should be good to go!

 

If you just installed or reinstalled the game recently and you have no patches going quite a way back, you will need both of the files above, and that should be it.
