Is there a direct download for gepard.grf where I can get the file from? The patcher goes half way then loses connection and fails to download it

Did this, got the new gepard.inf.  Now I am back to missing the gepard.grf (the patcher also had a note saying gepard.grf failed to download.) I feel like I'm going in circles.

First install said gepard.grf was missing and to reinstall. 2nd time, I get to character selection screen, make a character, and now it says gepard.grf has been modified.
