Oh. it worked. I apparently should have copied only the files into the JRO file folder, not the whole Gepard folder.

I'm also having this problem. Installed the game with the correct full installer, patched but gepard.grf won't download properly, I downloaded the gepard.zip file and it indeed has 184,893kb but when I run the patcher, it still patches gepard. :(

 

Please help
