[Client crashing randomly]

My client has a chance to crash whenever another client is run (dual client) or any other application that triggers this type of notification window to pop up:

 

 

After selecting either yes or no, a chance that any client that is already open will crash, sometimes one. Sometimes all open clients.

 

 

[Downloading Problems]

 Log into Control Panel -> Click "My Account" -> Click the Character's name -> At the top area, click Reset look

After you click on the character name, The reset look button is a little bit below the Play Now button.
