error after login anesis.exe

hi i downloaded the game on my pc i was playing whitout problem then i try to change character and the program stop working and i got an error on anesis.exe, since that day i cant play, as soon as i select anesis the problem shows again

i though it was mi windows ultimate so i installed ro on my laptop with windows xp, i was `playing the i tryed to change character as soon as i use the arrow to look on 3/3 of the character list the error shows again and again i cannot play it.

 

pls help with that i tried unistall it then installed again and the same error again.

 If you're crashing on log in, please use the reset option in the control panel. (CP > My Account > (Click Character) > Reset Look). For ALL your characters.

You will find the control panel on the anesis website, where you will log in with your in game account. Do this for all of your characters in all of your accounts

This issue looks like it has been solved, or at least talked about in a pervious issue.
