Logging Problems

So, whenever i want to log into server using the patcher it says:

"Failed To Retrieve patch_allow.txt"

When i run the anesis.exe file i'm able to log in but then it crashes:

Already downloaded it via forum and Mediafire

Any solution?

Also i'm running windows XP sp3 so theres no need for running as admin.

Tried in a W7 pc and it does exactly the same.

Please log into your control panel and reset the look for all the characters on that account.

I've been getting Failed to retrieve Patch_Allow.txt for a long time. I the past, I've just reinstalled the whole client when crashing finally gets unbearable.

But this time though the new client still didnt have what it needed.

In the CP, I've reset my characters looks that were causing crashes (Cat Santa Hat and Demonic Whisper[1]).

(EDIT: Seems like it was Not those 2 hats causing the problem.)

I can play but still need a patching solution.
